National Wills week kicks off on the 15 – 19 September 2014 and will see a number of attorneys and practices in all Nine Provinces in South Africa participating in a national initiative to draft basic wills for free. There is a Tax Break or Tax Benefit nominating Charitable Organisation and One of the possible Charitable Beneficiaries Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital has Tax Benefits. Leaving a legacy / bequest to the Children’s Hospital Trust.
