OUTA responds to Sanral’s plans to block licence renewals due to unpaid e-tolls

In a notice issued to South African motorists via its website, the South African National Roads Agency (Sanral) says that new licence discs can be withheld from vehicle owners and drivers until they settle their e-toll bill.
