The legal team representing British honeymoon murder accused Shrien Dewani has requested records of prison visits received by two of the hitmen he allegedly hired to kill his wife, Anni. In addition, the team also want records of when the hitmen, Zola Tongo and Mziwamadoda Qwabe, were booked out of prison and for what purpose. The British businessman appeared in the Western Cape High court this morning for a pre-trial hearing, his final appearance ahead of his trial, scheduled for October 6. His attorney, Francios Van Zyl told Judge Robert Henney that the defence would be ready on the scheduled trial date.
