Financial exclusion of Wits Students has led to on going protests ,as first year students are not going to be funded by NSFAS and the returning students with historical debts are excluded.The presenter Raps speaks about the constant fee increase of Universities, that leads to systematic exclusion of previously disadvantaged people.
