Tanzanian president John Magufuli dies

President John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania has died, the country's vice president announced, after weeks of uncertainty over his health and whereabouts. Magufuli had first been admitted to the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute on March 6, but was subsequently released discharged. Official reports suggest the president died from heart conditions. We now go live to Kenya and speak to Kenyan journalist, Obed Simiyu.
