Episode 28: BODY IMAGE!

Loading player...
This week on The Great Equalizer, Sam is a bad friend, Charlene is doing Sober October (in June) and we’re talking BODY IMAGE. We chat about our tumultuous relationships with our bodies in the past and how we’re striving to overcome that for the sake of our kiddos. We also have a couple of listeners weigh in with their body image experiences (see what we did there?).

At the end of the day, a scale cannot measure beauty, talent, purpose, life force, strength or love. You are far more than a fucking number on a scale and you deserve to feel as fabulous as we know you are.
