Bonus Episode! My Feeling Friends

On this bonus episode of The Great Equalizer we chat to the three uber talented boss moms that made the My Feeling Friends book series a reality.

Created by registered counsellor Phillippa Morassi, My Feeling Friends is a series of stories that aim to assist little children in managing big emotions.

Each story presents a coping skill for your child to learn, which will help them manage a particular emotion.

My Feeling Friends also introduces children to the concept of empathy, which allows for connection and engagement with others, creating an opportunity for friendships to flourish.
