Russell Tribunal findings

An extraordinary session of the Russell Tribunal on Palestine on Israel's summer Gaza offensive has found evidence of war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of murder, extermination and persecution and incitement to genocide. The evidence and findings come on the heels of numerous claims of severe breaches of international law by the Israeli military by the likes of Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and, most recently this week, the International Committee of the Red Cross. There is an ongoing UN Human Rights Council-mandated inquiry into alleged war crimes, due to report in March 2015. Media Review Network's Soraya Dadoo was at the tribunal.
