Mary Robinson, Ireland’s first female president, and former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights will deliver the fourth annual Desmond Tutu International Peace Lecture at the University of the Western Cape Great Hall tonight. The Desmond Tutu International Peace Lecture is an annual event presented by the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation, in partnership with the University of the Western Cape.
