#Mainswitch presenter Kgomotso Monyai talks with Sandiso Ncube, a publisher and author of The 10 Minute Guide to Starting a Business:
a book about how to start and run a business and ensure it survives its first three years of life.

Kgomotso explained why good ideas don't make a good business by saying:"People don't pay for a product/ service because it is a good idea, they pay because of a need or a want that is served".

A useful piece of advice was also given by Kgomotso, saying that a person's motivation behind starting a business needs to be clear.
