Nicky Von Hoffmann, Resources Manager for Hospice, knows from personal experience what it’s like to have a family member battle cancer. She says, ’ until you have 1st hand experience on the physical care that our nurses give someone who is so dear and close to you suffering from a terminal illness like cancer, one will not really understand how crucial it is for Hospice to be around for years to come.’
