Riviera on Vaal - Chat to GM Daniel Tharratt

Life is a Beach went off and visited the Vaal Riviera hotel. It has recently been refurbished and hotel GM, Daniel Tharratt, took us through some of the upgrades. 6 new rooms with self catering options for long stays, a supper club (which hosted Elvis and Friends with Shaky Russell), and slowly upgrading all the floors to be more modern and have a more modern feel. They now host picnics on the lawn on a Sunday with a local artist to entertain you and not forgetting the Aqua Liquid Lounge barge boat for lunches on the Vaal. They host a great conference centre with an adjoining golf course which in the next 5 years will host 3 big name golf tournaments.
