ANNUAL OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE NATIONAL HOUSE OF TRADITIONAL AND KHOI-SAN LEADERS (NHTKL) The President of the Republic of South Africa, His Excellency Mr MC Ramaphosa, will in terms of Section 33(1)(b) of the Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Act, 2019 (Act 3 of 2019), deliver his annual address to the National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders. The address will mark the official opening of the House.
