Amy Cothren is the host and creator of Mom: In-Process™, which speaks mostly to stay-at-home moms (SAHMs) about the importance of working on themselves to best raise the future generation. Improving our communities starts at home. It starts with us, working on ourselves. “I want to build a community of like-minded women who are ready to find their value and their worth as a SAHM. I believe in the perfectly imperfect woman, and the importance of understanding our role as a mother is a fluid identity. We are always shifting, always changing. Living a fulfilled life comes from continuous growth and effort through these shifts and changes. After being home with my 3 daughters for the past 7 years without a mentor, I painstakingly went through the ups and downs which got me to a place where I absolutely love being at home.” Amy is now on a mission to share her experiences with other women and help guide them to a placewhere they to, love the role they are in with. She is working to build a series of tools and resources to help full-time mothers as they journey through motherhood as a Mom: In-Process™
