Dewani trial: State closes case

At the Shrien Dewani trial, the question soon facing the court will be whether the prosecution has done enough to convince it that Dewani may have plotted to kill his wife. The State closed it case on Monday and today, Dewani's attorney  filed heads of argument to Judge Jeanette Traverso which include section 174 application, to have his client acquitted
