EMPLOYERS are still reluctant to fully comply with the provisions of the basic conditions of employment and occupational health and safety under the Labour Act.
This was revealed by the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation.
Ministry Inspectors have visited 1 027 workplaces to investigate their conditions of employment, and have inspected the occupational health and safety conditions of 1 773 workplaces.
