
Right2Know Campaign and SAHA challenges national key points

Two South African organisations are arguing that there is an overwhelming public interest in knowing which places are national key points, as the National Key Points Act is being abused. Yesterday the Right2Know Campaign and the South African History Archive (SAHA) asked the South Gauteng High Court today court to set aside the refusal by the South African Police Service to release a list of National Key Points in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA)
