It can mean, ‘marked by majestic dignity or grandeur, according to the Mirriam Webster Dictionary, or it can mean venerable, according to my dusty old Oxford Dictionary that I pulled off my bookshelf covered in cobwebs. And August can also mean respected and impressive according to Google.
