A lot of women in South Africa can’t afford regular gynecology visits with private doctors and are often either left with the overburdened public hospitals or no form of testing at all. Which often leads to women detecting cancerous cells too late, a problem that HPV home test kits are going to solve. This is a more affordable, convenient and private route that will hopefully see the uptake in early detection.
