The National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan 2021–2025 (NACSAP) introduced the "anti-corruption theme in the civic life skills subject in schools" as one of the strategic actions to achieve its fourth strategic objective.

NACSAP serves as a tool for fostering cooperation and continued synergy across all sectors and spheres of society in Namibia, towards attaining the national vision for a corrupt-free Namibia.
