Shrien Dewani is a free man after the Western Cape High Court ruled in favour of his application to be discharged of killing his wife Anni Hindocha. Dewani's lawyers brought the application last month in terms of Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Act. This opened the way for a discharge if the court believed there was no credible evidence at the close of the State's case
