The judge presiding over the Shrien Dewani murder trial has been accused by an international criminal lawyer of demonstrating 'bias' and legal 'failures' in her handling of the case. A group on Friday launched a petition lobbying for the removal of Judge Jeanette Traverso. The petition calls on Justice Minister Michael Masutha to dismiss Traverso from presiding over Dewani's murder trial
