We've been back at the proverbial grindstone for a month or so now, and a lot of the same stresses are still there - the Covid-19 pandemic, too many screens in front of our eyes all day long... the usual school routine? How can we deal with these old everyday stresses in a new way?
Dr Suresh Vassen is a medical practitioner and the Director and Founder of the PRANA Centre of Wellbeing in Cape Town. He’s also a Lecturer in Human Excellence, Life Coaching, Yoga Practice & Philosophy, as well as Integrated Health for both children and adults.
He joins us again on Health Matters to give us some simple ways to manage stress through our bodies.
