To kick off Season 3 of Health Matters we brought in JP Duminy.

A consistent presence in a number of SA cricket teams, he grew up in the Western Cape and played domestic cricket for his home team, the Cape Cobras and for a host of sides around the world.

In 2017, JP retired from Test cricket after playing 46 matches between 2008 and 2017. In 2019, he announced his retirement from all forms of cricket and has filled numerous off-pitch roles since.

In this episode we talk to him about his cricket journey and how he maintains a healthy lifestyle beyond his playing days.
