The official holiday season is over, leaving so many travelers stranded at various places due to a lack of transport from the northern part of the regions to various destinations, such as the central regions.
This desperate situation has led to some transport operators overcharging their commuters, while private vehicles are also stepping in to rescue the situation by providing their transport to needy consumers.
Marcello Franz spoke to the Secretary-General of the Namibia Bus and Taxi Association (Nabta), Pendapala Nakathingo.
