All children have a right to a safe and secure childhood, and it is the public's collective duty to ensure that all children in Namibia can realize this right.
Lately, many of them have fallen victim to abuse by members of society that ought to protect them.
Recently, videos of child abuse have been making the rounds on social media, not many days apart, where caregivers, guardians, and parents are said to be the perpetrators.
