South African Revenue Service (Sars) Deputy Commissioner Ivan Pillay will spend the next few weeks preparing to argue against his second suspension. Weekend reports say Pillay was handed a suspension notice on Friday, one day after the Labour Court in Johannesburg ordered that he be reinstated.
