Remember Corrie Pretorius? The man who assaulted a teenager and threatened him with a gun?
Video of the assault at the Groblersdal game shopping centre went viral in June last year.
He’s been slapped on the rist, much like other racists out there. The man has been sentenced to either a r12,000 fine or 12-months imprisonment. So basically, he gets to pay a thousand rand per month to stay out of jail. Pretorius has also been declared unfit to possess a firearm. The NPA believes the sentence will send a strong message to would-be offenders.

Is this a fit sentence for racism or do you think this will not scare away other racists? you can literally pay to be racist, put some money aside and offend blacks… pay-as-you-go
