Producer, Composer, Pianist and Band Leader Bokani Dyer’s radio sechaba has been the buzz on everyone’s lips since we got a sneak preview last year at the Joy of Jazz festival.
The usual ballad and traditional Jazz approach to his work has been reworked and the project promises more vocals and other explorations of what the artist can do.
He joined us to talk about this new project, his signing to Brownswood Recordings and Jazz Foundation’s Big Band Jazz Festival that’s coming up in a few days, really exciting conversation.
