So we as women get maternity leave right? We also have sick or leave days just as our male counterparts. For decades long women have been calling for another leave that men just don’t seem to get. Well until now… at least in Spain. Yesterday news broke that Spain is the first country to offer menstrual leave. Women will be getting 3 to 5 days off depending on how long their cycle is.

Do you think 3-5 days off work for menstrual leave takes away from productivity and do you think companies should adopt this or nah? what are your thoughts as a man or woman working?
