The Congress of the People’s Murenwa Makwarela insists he is still the mayor of Tshwane, despite a move by the city manager to disqualify him as a PR councillor. This means that he technically can't be mayor but he still kind of is. Take a listen as journalist Christelle du Toit explains what exactly is going on.
