Make or break: DA to elect new leadership at national congress

Two thousand delegates of the DA will converge in Midrand, Johannesburg, over the weekend to elect new leadership, discuss policies and amend the party's constitution. The congress comes ahead of the 2024 general elections and is expected to set the tone for opposition politics in South Africa.
