At the start of April, someone witnessed a man faking a "proposal" to his girlfriend who later found out it was a joke. We asked lawyer Simoné Roets if this couple is considered to be legally engaged now because she did say yes to his questions and whether or not there are any legal implications this prankster might not have considered.
