As we know, in politics, things never go down without a hitch or two. While the city starts to buzz ahead of the ANC 103 birthday bash, the event is not without bickering as we see the ANC's Gwede Mantashe condemning the DA-run city for its 'draconian requirements' for the big party at Cape Town stadium on Saturday. The DA has also had to deal with the annual Tweede Nuwe Jaar celebrations which have now been included in the ANC bash until the march possibly takes place on the 17th.
