From a ballot of hope in 1994, 29 years of democracy has yielded little prosperity for South Africans as citizens feel the brunt of incompetent service delivery, a power crisis and an overall declining economy. So, will South African citizen's optimism for a comprehensive change be sparked by the national and provincial elections in 2024?
