I really hope that you can help me with a situation that I am dealing with. I am having a hard time in some of my friendships. I have this friend of mine who is not an easy person he is a very difficult person. He goes through periods where he doesn't even talk to me. He claims to always be dealing with things and even though I want to be there for him he shuts me down.
I am torn, on what to do because I care about him and our friendship since we have been boys since 5 years old or so but this friendship is draining me. I am not saying I am perfect but how do I set boundaries so that I am not abused in this friendship. If I do not call or text than he will not even reach out or initiate anything we can do together. Please help me cause I think I am done.
