Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's lawyers say they plan to approach the courts again before the end of the week after she lost a court bid to halt a planned family meeting at the late former president's Qunu home on Friday which was called by Mandla Mandela.
Madikizela-Mandela says it’s disrespectful to host the meeting at the Qunu home while a dispute over who owns it is underway.
She is challenging her late ex-husband’s estate claiming the property was given to her while he was in prison.
