Daelon Lewis Matthys better known as Dakes is dubbed as the hardest
working comedian and is said to be a future star in the industry. Born and
raised in Gqeberha he now resides in Gauteng leaving a trail of laughter
wherever he goes.
His unique style of using complicated upbringing and applying it to all that he
sees in the world sets him apart from most of his peers. Loud and proud are
terms that Dakes litteraly imbodies. Dakes has shared the stage with some of
South Africas biggest comedians, Robby Collins, Skumba, Toll Ass Mo and
Dillan Oliphant to name a few and he has hosted for countless more including
American comedian Griff.
Dakes is currently performing in multiple provinces around S.A and will be
doing a special birthday in the Gqeberha at the end of July
