SA's water shortage-crisis

For maintenance purposes and to ensure water security, the continent's biggest water utility, Rand Water is undertaking a 58-hour water outage in parts of Johannesburg. The utility has blamed issues related to water availability squarely at the feet of municipal mismanagement and capacity issues.
