Now installed as mayor, the energetic 36-year-old says he is about to unveil the most significant step in achieving that goal for a city that consumes 2 200MW during peak demand. In this wide-ranging interview with Alec Hogg of BizNews, GHL says, "we're crossing the t's and dotting the i's" on an agreement that will bring an additional 500MW supply into the city's power grid.
