Two South African Air Force officers have instructed their lawyers to initiate civil proceedings against President Jacob Zuma, Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe and Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula. This follows the South African National Defence Force dropping charges relating to their alleged role in allowing a chartered plane to land at Waterkloof air force base on April 30 2013.
