Oscar Pistorius asks Constitutional Court for parole

It's been a decade since the tragic death of Reeva Steenkamp and Oscar Pistorius is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence. Pistorius has made multiple bids for parole in recent years but given his sentencing things might be more complicated than expected.
