Magalies Gliding Club is situated approximately 50km west-northwest of central Johannesburg and 65km southwest of central Pretoria. (Radio 123.4 Mhz)
MGC operates out of Orient Airfield (FAOI), on weekends and most public holidays.

Origin of Black Horse
Black Horse Estate was established in 1998 by Bernard Botha. The family estate started off as a Friesian stud farm hence the name “Black Horse”.

Since 2012, Black Horse Estate has been at the forefront of craft brewing and distilling in Magaliesburg. With an artisanal craft brewery and distillery, a charming restaurant, and a magnificent banquet hall for weddings and conferences, Black Horse offers a unique experience for visitors.
