Minister Lindiwe Zulu responds to DA's Human Rights violation claims

In response to the recent SASSA debacle which the DA has labelled a Human Rights violation, Minister of Social Development, Lindiwe Zulu says the department accepts that this shouldn't had happened, but refutes that this was a human rights violation on the government's part as they are continuously trying to resolve such issues.
