The Peter Nanyemba Road, previously known as the Monte Christo Road in Havana, is slowly taking shape, with the construction phase having reached the ever-busy Havana Four Way stop. However, vendors seem to be refusing to make way for the contractors as they continue doing business as usual under dangerous conditions. The upgrade will not only provide better access to Ongos Valley and avoid congestion on the road but more importantly, promote socio-economic development for its community members.
