Parliment fire could have been prevented

In January 2022, a day after New Years Day, a blaze engulfed five floors of the National Assembly building and an adjacent Old Assembly Wing. It caused the roof to collapse and destroyed hundreds of offices which housed Members of Parliament. The investigation findings have officially been published.
