The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) has announced that it will waive 100% annual duty penalties for all businesses if they pay the capital amount.
The annual duty penalty waiver of the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) becomes effective on November 15.
The initiative will afford commercial enterprises a breather by waiving penalties and additional fees accrued due to non-payment of annual duties for the period 2012–2022.
For more on this, Denver Isaacs spoke to Ockert Jansen, Executive Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Client Management Services at BIPA.
