NSFAS Leaves Students ‘starving’ During Exams

NSFAS has blamed universities for a funding disaster that has left thousands of needy students across South Africa without money for food; and this happens during exams. Independent Political Analyst and CA(SA), Khaya Sithole, joined Sizwe Dhlomo to share insights on this issue. They touched on how this is a moral crime more than financial crime; how historically, resources provided to students was not comprehensive; as well as dispelled the misconception that some people don't get subsidised at tertiary institutions.
