EXCLUSIVE: Award-winning artist Nakhane returns home

They are one of those South African artists who come along and don't just change the game locally, but are able to connect with audiences, listeners, fans and peers all around the world. Nakhane is multitalented, making waves in the music industry, collaborating with the likes of Grammy award-winning Nile Rodgers and the infamous Moonchild Sanelly. They have written a novel, 'Piggy Boy's Blues', and also acted in multiple projects. The London-based artist has returned to SA and while they are here, Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie sat down with them ahead of their new show at The Lyric Theatre.
