Rozanne Mckenzie has been paying for e-tolls since they were first installed 10 years ago. That doesn't mean that everyone does. Gauteng Finance MEC Jacob Mamabolo has said that a new proposal is being tabled to eliminate e-toll debt and the gantries. But is it true?
